I researched the car I wanted online and knew exactly what I wanted. When I called to see if it was still available I spoke with Jack Curtain who assured me it was still available and that he would hold it for me when I came up to test drive it. Jack was an excellent sales man who did his best to get me the best deal on the car and to make sure I was happy with it as well.
Great dealership. My salesman John was extremely helpful through the whole process. Always available by phone, very thorough, and expressed a sense of urgency to answering the seemingly endless questions I had before and after the sale. I would definitely recommend asking for him the next time you're in the market for a new or (used) Buick/ GMC vehicle. Quirk is my new go to dealership. I look forward to returning for all my warrantied services and my next car!

I recently ventured up to Quirk GMC, and bought a new car. I'm not ashamed to say that in the past this task has been a daunting one, but not this time! I can't say enough good things about this business, and working with Bob Corey to get the car that I wanted! 🙂 He was extremely personable and friendly, patient with me during the time it took me to pick out and test drive multiple cars, and more importantly I felt comfortable telling him what I could afford and have him work with me to get what I wanted and not just be forced into something that I didn't. At no time did I feel pressure or uneasy, and I'm very thankful that I was able to have him during the entire process. I first visited a few other dealerships to test drive vehicles. When I came to Quirk I met Max who was standing outside already and greeted us. Could have been happenstance, but it was great to shake hands with someone straight away. From there, the test drive was a great experience. Max knew Lots of facts about the vehicles and I had already made a bias for the Canyon vs the Sierra. It was great to drive them both and see the differences. Max was amazing to work with. Strongly recommend talking with him!
The oil change I received prior to this one was also through this dealership. I attempted to go to Valvoline since they are quicker and I did not have over an hour in my schedule to wait. The mechanic at Valvoline was unable to get the bolt off to change the oil due to what they stated as over tightening of the bolt at the prior oil change. When I brought my vehicle into the dealership to get my oil change done, I stated this to the guy who was assisting me. He insisted that it was not their fault and I would need to buy the new bolt due to the old one being stripped. I was not too pleased though I had no choice but to buy the bolt since I really needed an oil change.
